Supported by its subsidiary, "Libya Toys," this initiative aims to sponsor and organize the Children's Awareness Festival, focusing on instilling proper traffic behavior and protecting young generations from road accidents from an early age.
To outline the execution of this national initiative, a high-level preparatory meeting was convened yesterday, Tuesday, April 21, 2026. The meeting aligned with the arrangements for International Traffic Day and Arab Traffic Week, bringing together senior security leadership and the group’s executive management. The meeting was attended by:
Major General Faisel Barnous, Director of the Directorate of Traffic Affairs and Licenses.
Major General Ahmed Al-Waseea, Chairman of the International Traffic Day and Unified Arab Traffic Week Committee.
Major General Abdulbasit Al-Tabal, Head of the Public Relations and Protocol Office and Committee Member.
Colonel Faisel Abu Sneina, Committee Member.
Colonel Abdulsalam Muhammad, Committee Member.
Mr. Naeem Bouabdallah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Naeem Holding.
The meeting evaluated key operational pillars, including promoting safe pedestrian and traffic behavior among children, encouraging adherence to traffic signs, and raising awareness of road hazards through innovative, interactive methods. Furthermore, attendees discussed implementation mechanisms using simplified educational programs and engaging activities, leveraged by Libya Toys' expertise to deliver practical, long-term safety guidance.
This collaboration reflects Al-Naeem Holding’s ongoing commitment to building strong partnerships between public institutions and the private sector, emphasizing its corporate social responsibility to foster a safer, more conscious environment for Libya's future generations.
